Store Operations: Business profile management, CMS-powered websites, location and menu management, order processing, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), and third-party delivery service integrations.
Sales Channels: Third-party order aggregator connections, self-service kiosk applications, and branded online ordering platforms for web and mobile.
Marketing Tools: Social media integrations, email marketing campaigns, and promotional management solutions.
Customer Data Platform: Customer data collection, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and business intelligence tools.
To access certain features, you must register for a UMe Tea account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
Merchants using UMe Tea’s Services are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including those related to privacy, consumer protection, and employment. Merchants must ensure that all data entered into the UMe Tea platform is accurate, lawful, and maintained in compliance with legal standards.
UMe Tea processes customer personal data on behalf of merchants as a service provider. Merchants are responsible for managing their customer relationships and ensuring that all customer data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
Certain features of UMe Tea’s Services require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. UMe Tea reserves the right to revise pricing and will provide notice of any changes to affected users.
All rights, title, and interest in and to UMe Tea’s Services, including all intellectual property rights, are retained by UMe Tea. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on UMe Tea content.
UMe Tea’s Services may integrate with third-party services (such as delivery providers, payment processors, and marketing platforms). UMe Tea is not responsible for the availability, content, or performance of these third-party services, which are subject to their own terms and policies.

UMe Tea reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or other conduct deemed harmful to UMe Tea or other users.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
UMe Tea may update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website or other appropriate channels. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
